The company was founded in November 2015 with a registered capital of 2 million yuan, a factory area of 1,800 square meters, and an office space of 150 square meters. Currently, the company has gathered a group of high-end talents specializing in the research and development of CNC welding equipment and other CNC special machines, with a total of 10 employees, including 1 PhD, 1 master's degree holder, and 2 bachelor's degree holders. Technical strength is our company's core competitiveness. The main person in charge is an international welding engineer and Doctor of Engineering (Welding Intelligence), mainly engaged in the design, assembly, and debugging of automated welding production lines, research and development manufacturing of non-standard automation equipment, as well as solving problems in the welding field. In 2019, he was awarded the leading talent for innovation and entrepreneurship in Jiaozuo City.
The company has developed products such as: instant understanding welding machine, automatic welding repair equipment for aluminum busbars, deep V-groove adaptive welding equipment, vector swing welding trolley, automatic overlay welding equipment for disc parts, automatic welding equipment for round covers, automatic welding equipment for square sleeves, etc., achieving significant accomplishments in the field of automated welding. The company's products are distributed across more than 40 cities including Jiaozuo and Jiyuan in Henan Province; Anping in Hebei; Zhuozhou; Huizhou in Guangdong; Ningbo in Zhejiang; Yixing; Nanjing in Jiangsu; Chuzhou in Anhui; Ma'anshan in Liaoning; Jincheng in Shanxi; among others. It has over 60 clients from industries such as environmental protection equipment, hydraulics, chemicals, instrumentation, metallurgy, coal carbon etc. To date it has obtained a total of 27 utility model patents and 7 invention patents. In 2023 it was awarded national-level high-tech enterprise status and recognized as a national-level technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise.
The independently developed no-programming control system by the company has been successfully applied to its sales products. Its main features include: simple operation that ordinary workers can easily master; customization of dedicated programs according to customer needs to reduce workers' frequent operation of equipment and programming troubles.
